As one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality furniture in East Westphalia, BAUFORMAT Kitchens has been producing fitted kitchens at its Löhne location with 360 employees since 1929. Together with the burger kitchens brand, including its Badea bathroom furniture line, BAUFORMAT operates under the baumann group umbrella brand.

The company is characterized by a high level of quality awareness and produces durable kitchens that bear the “Made in Germany” seal of quality. The “RAL Quality Mark” confirms that the nearly 200 available kitchen fronts are particularly high-quality products. In addition to high quality, sustainability is also a focus for BAUFORMAT.

Good products and a well-known brand, combined with outstanding service, always pose a challenge for BAUFORMAT to continuously adjust and improve communication channels. By opting for the Platinum Suite of CAS genesisWorld, BAUFORMAT has access to all modules as an all-in-one solution with maximum planning freedom. This holistic approach enables BAUFORMAT to centrally manage all activities. Client-controlled, master data is clearly available to all business customers in a single application. This includes the placement and display maintenance of the objects, as well as visit reports, reporting, and evaluation.

At the same time, BAUFORMAT has optimized product planning. While in the past, data was stored across file servers, making transparent project controlling difficult, the CAS genesisWorld Project module now simplifies project planning from the very beginning. Today, complete project management is handled within the CAS application. Product development plans and structures projects, taking into account risks, phases, milestones, and objectives, as well as tasks, resources, budgets, costs, and timelines, right from the start. Project status, ad hoc evaluations, and an early warning system support the monitoring of individual projects. The graphical view also provides a transparent overview of employee workload status and avoids scheduling conflicts.
